Health and Safety

The information and products provided by Living Doll House websites are not intended for use without appropriate knowledge on the user's part about health and safety. Living Doll House may offer suggestions on how to use or care for our products, but ultimately it is up to the user to ensure that the products and information acquired from us is used in a safe and harmless manner to the user or another party.

Certain products listed on this website, including but not limited to zentai suits and masks, are for entertainment only and must not be worn in illegal situations or in hazardous situations such as while driving, operating machinery, swimming, showering, or when clear vision and smooth breathing are necessary. If discomfort or breathing issues occur, remove immediately. Prior to use, test the product thoroughly and acknowledge all risks.

Return Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-order and intimate apparel, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, as these items cannot be restocked. This policy does not apply to mis-shipments or defective products. Should you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within seven days of receipt to arrange for a resolution. While we do not offer refunds on custom orders, we are committed to correcting any production errors through a complimentary alteration or a full remake. Please note that any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or returned to the sender.

Cancellation Policy

A customer needs to inform us about cancellation within 24 hours after an order is placed. Most of our products are handmade specifically to the customer's order and we put effort in order for a customer to receive it as soon as possible. Please understand that once we've started working on an item, we won't be able to cancel it.

A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, then they need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. It can take up to 10 business days for you to receive the refund.

Shipping Policy

Orders shipped will be subject to appropriate sales tax, if applicable.

If you only order in-stock items, they will be shipped promptly after receipt of your order whenever possible. If you order multiple items including in-stock and made-to-order items, in most cases, they will be consolidated and shipped as a single package upon completion of production.

We will notify you via the email address that you provide if your merchandise is not in stock. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We'll make every effort to make sure you receive the items as soon as possible. You'll receive communication and order updates from us throughout the shipping process.

The customer is accountable for any incurred duties and/or taxes based on your region. Please be aware that we have no influence over these charges and cannot anticipate their specific amount. It is advisable to reach out to your local customs office or tax authority to obtain detailed information prior to placing your order. If you fail to pay the government fees and duties after multiple notices and delivery attempts, your order will either be abandoned or be returned to us, and the order will be closed without further notice or refunds.

Once your package is marked as successfully delivered, we assume no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
