SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Not at all. We are one of the very few stores in this category that fulfills and ships all of our products from within the United States. This means you won’t need to worry about any surprise charges related to tariffs.
We offer both standard and express shipping worldwide. You can see the available options during checkout.
Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes required by their region. These charges are determined by local authorities, and we are unable to influence or predict the exact amount. For accurate information, please contact your local customs office or tax authority before placing your order.
If government fees and duties remain unpaid after multiple notices and delivery attempts, your order may be abandoned or returned to us. In such cases, the order will be closed without further notice or refund.
In-stock items typically ship within a few business days. Made-to-order products require additional production time before shipping. For the most up-to-date production estimates, please check the top of each product page.
Made-to-measure items cannot be processed until the measurement form is completed. To avoid delays, please submit your form promptly. Lead times may change without notice due to various factors.
In most cases, ready-to-ship and made-to-order items will be combined and shipped together once production is complete.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 for US customers and over $400 for international customers. For an additional charge, you can upgrade any order to express shipping.
Shipping costs are based on your delivery address and the total order weight. You’ll always see the final amount during checkout.
Please note: Dresstech™ products are excluded from the international free shipping promotion.
Ensuring your confidentiality is our top priority throughout the entire shipping process. Your packages will be shipped discreetly, without any identifiable markings or labels that could potentially reveal the contents. On both the packaging and the bank bills, the sender will be listed as "SC SHOP," without divulging the package's contents. In the case of a customs declaration form, it will depend on what you ordered; typically, it will display generic terms such as "clothing" or "costumes."
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you need to update an address after ordering, contact us immediately to let us know.
We are not responsible for any loss resulting from shipping to an incorrect address provided by a customer.
If your package returns to us due to incorrect address, we'll get it shipped out again as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge for additional shipping costs as needed.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. Please be aware that it may take up to 48 hours for the initial scan to be visible, so there's no need to worry if your package doesn't show immediate "in transit" status.
We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered on the tracking website. We cannot prevent situations where packages are stolen after delivery.
We encourage all buyers to ship to secure locations with proper safety measures to prevent stealing.

We take pride in offering only hand-picked brands and personally tested products sourced from around the world, including Japan, China, Europe, and the US. To provide you with an exceptional shopping experience, all products, unless specifically noted otherwise on the product page, will be fulfilled and examined at our warehouse located in California, USA, before being shipped to you.

Third party brand products are subject to each brand's respective product guarantee policy. Please don't hesitate to contact us if any issue arise.
For our made-to-measure zentai suits and most of the clothing items, due to their intimate nature, at this time, unfortunately we are unable to offer a product guarantee those items.
At the same time, we are committed to resolving any other issues that may arise to ensure customer satisfaction, including production and delivery errors on our end.
ZENTAI SUITS related
If you are a new customer, please register an account with us and complete the form at your earliest convenience. (Either before or after placing an order.)
You can input your measurements when logged in to your account. The form can be found under My Measurements tab in your account page.
If you are a returning customer, your measurement info will be already stored in our system and available for you to view in the My Measurement tab. If your body measurements changed, feel free to update your data before placing new orders.
We DO NOT confirm measurement data with you, so please ensure the data you enter is accurate. Orders will only be processed once all fields in the form are filled.

Our zentai suits are crafted for a diverse range of body types and genders, thanks to our made-to-measure approach. The elasticity of the materials ensures a comfortable fit across various body shapes and sizes. To cater to specific gender attributes, you can utilize the option selector on our product page, tailoring the choices to suit individual preferences.
Our zentai suits come with a dual puller zipper on the backside. This design allows for easy wearing and removal of the suit. To put on a Zentai suit, you would open the zipper all the way up, step into the suit legs first, then slide your arms in, and finally pull the hood over your head (if the suit has one). Once you're comfortably inside the suit, you would zip it up all the way from the back. This method ensures a snug fit and allows for easy access while maintaining the seamless look of the suit.
For our zentai suits or any other products with delicate fabrics, please hand wash or use the "Delicate" mode in a machine at 30°C or lower, avoiding machine wringing; instead, gently wring out water by hand or allow it to drain in a bathtub, refrain from using hot water for elastic items to preserve elasticity, and steer clear of direct sunlight, heaters, or radiators by drying the item horizontally for proper drying.

ORDERS & PAYMENT
To request a cancellation, customers need to send us an email within 24 hours of placing their order. Please understand that once we've started working on a made-to-order item or shipped out the in-stock items, we won't be able to cancel it.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to the original payment method, then they need to contact their bank or payment agency to claim the funds after the refund has been processed. It might take up to 10 business days for you to receive the refund.
Customers can modify their order within 24 hours of payment. To make changes, customers need to send us an email within 24 hours of placing their order.
Please understand that once we've shipped out the in-stock item, we won't be able to cancel it. You might need to return or exchange it once you receive it. Please see our return and exchange policies.
Once you have added the desired products to your cart, please add the code in the Checkout page. Afterward, please simply click on the Apply button to apply and redeem. Please note that the gift card might expire after 2 years.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Due to the made-to-order and intimate nature of our products, we aren't able to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for a different size. We encourage all buyers to carefully measure your sizing before purchasing.
However, if you receive your order and discover a problem such as a defect, missing item, or wrong item, please get in touch as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving the product and provide supporting photos for verification, and we'll sort it out for you!
Any item that is returned without authorization will not be accepted and will not be sent back.
