Order Fulfillment and Processing Our in-stock items typically ship within a few business days. For made-to-order products, please refer to the specific production lead time listed at the top of each product page. Processing for these items begins only after a completed measurement form is submitted; we recommend prompt completion to avoid delays.

In most cases, ready-to-ship and made-to-order items are consolidated into a single shipment once all items are ready. While we strive to maintain accurate timelines, actual lead times are subject to change without notice.

Domestic and International Shipping We provide both standard and express shipping worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and total order weight, with the final amount displayed during the checkout process.

We offer free standard shipping on orders exceeding $500 USD. Please note that Dresstech™ products are excluded from this international free shipping promotion.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred based on their specific region. We have no influence over these government charges and cannot anticipate their exact amounts. We advise reaching out to your local customs office for detailed information prior to ordering.

If government fees are not paid after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be abandoned or returned to us. In such instances, the order will be closed without a refund.

Discreet Packaging and Confidentiality Your privacy is a top priority. All packages are shipped discreetly in plain packaging without identifiable markings. The sender will be listed as "LDH SHOP" on the packaging. For customs declarations, items are typically described using generic terms such as "clothing".

Delivery Address and Tracking Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If you need to update an address, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for losses resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, we can reship the item, though we reserve the right to charge for additional shipping costs.

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. Please allow up to 72 hours for the initial carrier scan to appear.

Delivery Security We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. As we cannot prevent the theft of items after delivery, we strongly encourage shipping to secure locations with proper safety measures in place.
